Ionpure EDI 净水设备失效后的电再生典型曲线如图2所示。它是在电压100V和电流5A下测得的。从图2可知,在再生延续时间约为120min(图上与此相应的出水电导率为1μS/cm)以前,EDI净水设备出水电导率随再生延续时间的变化率较大,而在以后就变得很小,将曲线分前、后段来分析,其原因如下:
EDI 净水设备膜堆在出厂或长期停用时,通常采用注入NaCl溶液来抑制微生物生长和进行防冻防护,这时EDI内填充的离子交换树脂均呈盐基型,不具有交换能力,需通电使水电离,将阴、阳树脂分别再生成OH、H型,为此常用初级脱盐水(电导率约10 μS/cm)或高纯水以较低的流量和压力冲洗,洗去膜堆内的NaCl溶液,然后在继续通水下通电,保持合适的流量和压力使树脂得到电再生。从通电进行树脂电再生至产水水质达到电导率下降至0.067 μS/cm以下电再生结束,常需要7~10 h左右。电再生时间的长短,主要取决所用电流的大小,也与浓室是否填树脂和其他结构因素有关。
Experiment and application on the static electro-regeneration technology
of ion exchange resin in the mixed bed

Abstract: The experiment on the static electro-regeneration technology of ion exchange resin in the mixed bed for the EDI product, producing by US Ionpure Technologies Inc., are introduced. The application of the technology on the EDI, the ordinary mixed bed, the high-speed mixed bed and the polising mixed bed, are discussed as well. The experiment indicates that the electro-regeneration for ion exchange resin technology, invented by the author, is engineering feasible, and the degree of regeneration for ion exchange resin, obtained by electricity is as same as by acid-alkali. The success of experiment establishes a engineering foundation for the application of technology, and promotes its industrialization.
